Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Asmaul Husna 99 Names of Allah mobile application for Android (package com.asmaulhusna99namesofallah), published by Sce Apps ("I", "me" or "the developer"). The app is provided free of charge and is intended for use as is.

By using the app you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Information I do not collect

• The app has no user accounts, no sign-in and no registration.
• I do not ask for and do not collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, microphone recordings or precise location.
• I do not run my own server for the app and I do not receive the content you create in it.

2. Data stored only on your device

Your favorite names, the names you mark as memorized, dhikr counts, daily streak, quiz results and your settings (language, theme, vibration) are stored only on your device. They are not sent to me. They are removed when you use "Reset progress" / "Clear favorites" in Settings, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app.

3. Third-party services that may collect information

The app uses the following services provided by Google. They may collect information from your device as described below, and they process it under their own privacy policies.

• Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) is used to show advertisements. It may collect and use your device's advertising ID, your IP address (to estimate your approximate location), device and app information, ad interactions, and diagnostic information in order to serve and measure ads, to prevent fraud and to monitor performance.
• Google Analytics for Firebase is used to understand how the app is used so that I can improve it. It may collect an app instance ID, the advertising ID, your approximate location derived from your IP address, device and app information (such as device model, operating system version, app version and language), and usage events (such as screens viewed, names opened, and features used like the dhikr counter or the quiz). Events do not contain your name, e-mail address or any other directly identifying information.

This information is not combined by me with any information that could identify you personally. I do not sell personal information.

4. Your choices

• Ads consent: in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other regions where it is required, the app shows a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before requesting ads. You can review or change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad preferences inside the app (shown where required).
• Advertising ID: you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads on most Android devices).
• Uninstalling the app stops all data collection by the app.

5. Permissions

The app uses internet access (to load ads and send analytics) and vibration (for the dhikr counter, which you can turn off in Settings). It does not request access to your storage, camera, microphone, contacts or location. The "Listen" feature uses your device's built-in text-to-speech engine. When you choose to share a name, the app creates a picture card and passes it to the Android share sheet; where it goes is decided by you.

6. Log data

When you use the app, the third-party services above may receive log data from your device, such as IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, and the time and date of use.

7. Cookies

The app does not use cookies itself. The libraries it uses may use similar technologies (such as the advertising ID) as described above.

8. Security

Data sent by the third-party services is transmitted over secure connections (TLS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Links to other sites

The app may contain links to other sites (for example, the Google Play page of the app or of other apps by the developer). I do not control and am not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.

10. Children's privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact me so that I can take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and take effect immediately after posting.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Sce Apps tarafından yayımlanan Esmaül Hüsna Allah'ın 99 İsmi (Asmaul Husna 99 Names of Allah) Android uygulaması için geçerlidir (paket adı com.asmaulhusna99namesofallah). Uygulama ücretsizdir ve olduğu gibi sunulmaktadır. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikadaki uygulamaları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Toplamadığım bilgiler

• Uygulamada kullanıcı hesabı, üyelik ya da oturum açma yoktur.
• Adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, telefon numaranızı, rehberinizi, fotoğraflarınızı, dosyalarınızı, mikrofon kaydınızı veya hassas (tam) konumunuzu istemem ve toplamam.
• Uygulama için kendi sunucumu çalıştırmam; uygulamada oluşturduğunuz içerik bana ulaşmaz.

2. Yalnızca cihazınızda saklanan veriler

Favori isimleriniz, ezberledim olarak işaretlediğiniz isimler, zikir sayıları, gün seriniz, test sonuçlarınız ve ayarlarınız (dil, tema, titreşim) yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır, bana gönderilmez. Ayarlar'daki "İlerlemeyi sıfırla" / "Favorileri temizle" seçenekleriyle, uygulama verilerini temizleyerek veya uygulamayı kaldırarak silinir.

3. Bilgi toplayabilen üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Uygulama Google'ın aşağıdaki hizmetlerini kullanır. Bu hizmetler cihazınızdan aşağıdaki bilgileri toplayabilir ve kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre işler.

• Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) reklam göstermek için kullanılır. Reklam sunmak ve ölçmek, sahtekârlığı önlemek ve performansı izlemek amacıyla cihazınızın reklam kimliğini, IP adresinizi (yaklaşık konum tahmini için), cihaz ve uygulama bilgilerini, reklam etkileşimlerini ve tanılama bilgilerini toplayabilir.
• Google Analytics for Firebase uygulamanın nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak ve geliştirmek için kullanılır. Uygulama örnek kimliği, reklam kimliği, IP adresinden türetilen yaklaşık konum, cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri (cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü, dil gibi) ve kullanım olayları (görüntülenen ekranlar, açılan isimler, zikir sayacı ve test gibi özelliklerin kullanımı) toplayabilir. Olaylar adınızı, e-posta adresinizi veya sizi doğrudan tanımlayan başka bir bilgiyi içermez.

Bu bilgileri sizi kişisel olarak tanımlayabilecek herhangi bir bilgiyle birleştirmem. Kişisel bilgi satmam.

4. Tercihleriniz

• Reklam izni: Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve gerekli olan diğer bölgelerde uygulama, reklam istemeden önce bir izin formu (Google User Messaging Platform) gösterir. Seçiminizi istediğiniz zaman uygulamada Ayarlar → Reklam tercihleri bölümünden (gerekli olan bölgelerde görünür) değiştirebilirsiniz.
• Reklam kimliği: Cihaz ayarlarınızdan (çoğu Android cihazda Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar) reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilir veya reklam kişiselleştirmeyi kapatabilirsiniz.
• Uygulamayı kaldırmak, uygulamanın tüm veri toplamasını durdurur.

5. İzinler

Uygulama internet erişimini (reklam yüklemek ve analiz göndermek için) ve titreşimi (Ayarlar'dan kapatılabilen zikir sayacı için) kullanır. Depolama, kamera, mikrofon, rehber veya konum izni istemez. "Dinle" özelliği cihazınızın yerleşik sesli okuma motorunu kullanır. Bir ismi paylaşmayı seçtiğinizde uygulama bir görsel kart oluşturur ve Android paylaşım menüsüne iletir; nereye gönderileceğine siz karar verirsiniz.

6. Günlük (log) verileri

Uygulamayı kullandığınızda yukarıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetler cihazınızdan IP adresi, cihaz adı, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama yapılandırması ve kullanım tarihi-saati gibi günlük verileri alabilir.

7. Çerezler

Uygulamanın kendisi çerez kullanmaz. Kullandığı kütüphaneler yukarıda anlatıldığı gibi benzer teknolojileri (reklam kimliği gibi) kullanabilir.

8. Güvenlik

Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin gönderdiği veriler güvenli bağlantılar (TLS) üzerinden iletilir. Hiçbir iletim veya saklama yöntemi %100 güvenli değildir; bu nedenle mutlak güvenlik garanti edemem.

9. Diğer sitelere bağlantılar

Uygulama diğer sitelere bağlantılar içerebilir (ör. uygulamanın veya geliştiricinin diğer uygulamalarının Google Play sayfası). Üçüncü taraf sitelerin içeriğini ve gizlilik uygulamalarını kontrol etmem, sorumluluğunu da taşımam.

10. Çocukların gizliliği

Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamam. Bir çocuğun kişisel bilgi verdiğini düşünüyorsanız gerekli işlemi yapabilmem için benimle iletişime geçin.

11. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Gizlilik Politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebilirim. Değişiklikler yeni bir "Son güncelleme" tarihiyle bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yayımlandıkları anda yürürlüğe girer.
